3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share your login details with any third party. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the d678 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension and Cancellation

d678 reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.

  • Providing a false identity or false information.
  • Attempting to harm the system or other users.
  • Requesting payment chargebacks or reversed transactions.

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via our live chat or email. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before account closure (terms apply).

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited to the d678 platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

  • The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
  • The correct transaction reference number must be provided at the time of deposit.
  • Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

  • The total amount of bonus and deposit requires 25x wagering before withdrawal.

Warning: Misuse of bonuses, claiming bonuses with multiple accounts or any other attempt to collect bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all bonuses.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy
